Explera DMC Limited ("Explera") operates this artist platform. This policy explains how we handle the personal data of artists who apply to our roster and of clients who send booking enquiries.

What we collect

Artists: identity and contact details, passport details, address, emergency contact, professional information, fees, bank details, photos, videos, documents and answers to our application questions. Clients: name, company, contact details and event information.

How we use it

To assess applications, prepare and manage representation agreements, promote artists to clients, arrange visas, travel and engagements, process payments, and communicate with you.

What is public

Only an approved, contracted artist's professional profile is published: stage name, category, biography, genres, languages, photos and videos. Contact details, location, social channels, fees, documents and identity data are never published.

Sharing

We share data only with Explera DMC offices in our destinations, and with service providers such as immigration agents, airlines and hotels when this is needed for an engagement.
